I used to have canaries, when the last one died, I decided to get a budgie and teach him how to talk, he lived 6 yrs, and I miss him still. Then I got a Red Bellied parrot and named him Beau. He has been with me for 6 years, he loves to talk and tells me "Love you, Mama" all the time but he does not like Cesar. I had to trim his wings because he would dive bomb Cesar.
