oh, I am so sorry that Brutus got hurt, but PTL he is ok!!! Don't be too hard on your friend...I'm sure she was just trying to protect you by not telling you yet.....you didn't need the added stress of knowing he was hurt and you couldn't be there. She is probably tearing her self up over it....at least she had the curtesy to get him to the vet...many others may not have.
