It is a dominance at this point

when i rescued Jimmy he humped the air ,it was constant. i took him to the
vet he said neutering may not help and it would take a month to get it out
if his system. it took a month and some no's but he is over it. every so
often he rides teddy.. but i think its a dominance thing.
