you know that is one thing I have never understood about most of the
spay/neuter laws that are around....is the exception granted to service
animals. ALL service animals should be spayed/neutered. I also have a
service dog and he is neutered. A service animal can not do his or her job
if distracted by hormones, yet almost all the spay/nueter laws have an
exception for SD's.....I don't get that...they should be the FIRST to be
spayed and neutered, lol.
