She's a very good cat. She's quiet...playful...and full of energy. Ocie lived
over half of her life in a cage! The woman who gave her to me...bought her a
retired breeder. Before that...she was in a cage....where she lived for OVER 2
years! When we first got her she was VERY skittish. She is scared to death if
you pick her up....she doesn't bite....but she'll scratch you trying to get
away. Poor baby apparently was never held...or had much love. I pick her up
from time to time...even if I can only hold her for 30 seconds...I feel that's
an accomplishment. She's been getting better. I've only had her for about 10
and a half months. When they bred her...she almost died....she only had one
kitten and it did die....she was spayed right then...I'm so glad that they
never bred her again...as far as I know...and put her through that again. I
will never put her in a cage again! She's a very good cat. I also have one that
had to have a collar surgically removed after she was rescued...it was embedded
in her neck...I'll never put a collar on her...you can see where the hair never
grew back. That's Kia...I'll send a picture of her in a minute. NOW...Marissa
is my Bengal mix...she is a mommas girl...she doesn't like anyone to even touch
her..she hisses...growls and bites...she's also beautiful...she loves me...my
mom...and there are a few others she'll let pet her...I have no idea why she's
so mean....and she likes to destroy things !She's torn the bottom out of 2 of
our box springs...the bottom of my parents couch...yes...she goes there to
visit...she acts just like a dog...carries stuff around...chases things and
brings them back...."Kills" things and carries them to the top of the kitty
condo....she's actually a LOT of fun! I wouldn't take anything for her...or any
of my animals. But Ocie...is the perfect little cat~~~Sharon

This is my Bengal cat "Ocie"....I keep trying to get close ups of her so you
can see how beautiful she is....her eyes are so blue...she just a drink of
