I take that new medicine called Abilify and it seems to help.

I have to take anti-depressant meds - I have very low serotonin
levels. Been on meds for over 20 years. Tried to stop meds about 4 times,
lower dosage - didn't work, and was not pretty!

No but all in all I am a very lucky person so I try to stay positive.
Unfortunately depression is not something you can control

I am so sorry to hear of your depression! Life isn't easy at times!

I am not handicapped but pretty badly deprtessed right now
but I know it never gets too bad because the two loves of my life need me
everyday and I feel so lucky.

Michelle, I know this feeling completely. I don't share much
because the one time I did share (with another chi group) that if it had not
been for Bogie when I was going through my depression I may not have
survived, I pretty much got all kind of nasty emails off list. That is when
I just quit telling people on list things. But Bogie was right there with me
all through it all and I had to take care of him.
