I think that if you take your baby with you everywhere, then they don't need
another pal. On the other hand, if you work, or go out and leave your chi
alone, then I do think they need a pal. When I only had the one, as I left, I
listened by the door and heard screams like you never heard. I would have
to go in and get her and take her with me. (I know...bad to do...tuff love
doesn't sit well with me) Now that there is two, she is fine.
