allergies are because the immune system is off .. due to kibbles. most likely. i "fixed" all my itching dogs hair loss, shedding, yeasty ears, smelly mouths and general ick ....with switching to raw feeding. the immune function is in the gut... clean it out with a GOOD probiotic. weather or not you switch feed. it will help the skin and breath a ton... i use www.bnaturals.com  called "ultra probiotics"...sprinkle on food and wet a bit, they love it.  you will see a difference in how the feel right away and in how they act and look in a couple days..

Is that a Puppia harness? If so I just LOVE them!!!!! Even if it's not a Puppia it looks adorable!!!! My guys have the mesh ones and the heavier winter vest style ones...great product!!! Your little sweetie looks just precious in it!!! I just finished a few harness dresses for my girls...here are some pics: I love sewing for them...it is so much fun!!
