How cool. Usually it is the other way around and the pup learns from the
older
one.

I have a 10 year old I’ve never been able to housebreak successfully. But now
with a new puppy who is doing very well on the housebreaking, it’s rubbing off
on the older dog. She’s teaching him. He’s still not great but much better
than he was.

My one CHi now 11 yrs old has JUST begun to be a bit more reliable Re
housebreaking and he will still sometimes just go pee on my bed or a wall. We
have a dog door, he'll pee next to it. He's one of those only a mother cd love
dogs.
