Thanks for sharing with the list. There is something so wrong with this breeder because of too many different answers etc.. Site says one thing, breeder says another, No one in their right mind would put a deposit on a dog that has not even been bred yet. Not to mention 600 is a bit much for a ckc dog
------ Your 3 month old puppy has had two heats? I highly doubt that. Additionally, while I haven't bred dogs, I know that you shouldn't breed the first heat. Depending on the age of the second heat, I might not breed then either. If she's bred dogs the past 10 years, why does she reflect two puppies on her website as her breeding stock? What happened to the other dogs? Also, the fact that she lives in the US and is using the CKC (Continental Kennel Club) isn't a huge sign of a good breeder in my opinion either. CKC will register any dog, purebred or not: Dogs over 6 months of age which have no previous Registration history may be registered by providing 2 witness signatures attesting to the purebred status of the dog along with 3 photos (front,left and right) of the dog to confirm it is 'of proper breed type' as defined by our current <http://www.continentalkennelclub.com/Rules.aspx> CKC Registration Rules and Regulations. <http://www.continentalkennelclub.com/%5CDownloads%5CCanineApp2010.pdf> Other registries require proof that a dog actually is purebred, not just a letter and a couple of photos. Yes, I realize that if I don't like it there isn't much I can do about it, but I thought I would explain why (in my opinion) this wouldn't be a place I would get a dog. -- Kelly
