Boil up a chicken leg and some carrot and brocolli, save the soup, take the meat off the bone and chop up with the vegetables,mix the soup and chopped meat and veg over good quality, SMALL BITES dry food, yummmmmy!
If he has an ear infection he really should see a vet a get some antibiotics, although the good food will help him fight it off. Hair loss is more of a symptom than a problem, get him eating and his ears straightened out and we can worry about his good-looks next. We need to wonder WHY his hair is falling out, it will be hard for you to know that without a vet or other expert checking him out.
