Belly is 12 year old male chihuahua; he escaped in Rahway, NJ on 9/16 - He is not fixed so will gravitate towards female dogs. If approached he might roll on his back for you to rub his belly - please don't he might bite. He is up to date on all his shots - He does not have a collar on - He is big for his breed.
