Does anyone know of any rescues or fosters in the San Fernando Valley area,
around Sylmar, CA? a lady called who's uncle died left 2 - 10 month old
chihuahua's and 3 - 8 week old chihuahua's. One rescue told her to take to the
shelter because they are puppies they will get homes........WTH? If anyone can
