Hi everyone I know that most of us have an ID and or Microchip on our pets. (Ricky has both) I am just sending out a reminder for those who may not, to please do it. Its easy to say "My dog wont run away" or get lost... etc. But it does happen. There are always many many pets listed as LOST in the paper and online. With an ID and or microchip you have a good chance that your loved one will be returned to you. I feel so bad for the people who have lost there precious pet and it had no ID.
I can tell you that one time I worked with a dog rescue in CA and some of the members would find dogs running the street with NO ID, and they would not even attempt to find the owners!! They just put them up for adoption. I think this is wrong. They should at least try to place an ad for the pet first. I am not saying all do it, but this one did. So putting an ID and or Microchiping your pet is very important and worth every penny!
