I am waiting for my girlfriend to come over and snap some pix - as I have a new PC and have not learned how to download them yet. Last night went perfect - the girls both slept right next to me - the baby woke me up once as she had to go potty and I took her and Abbey outside and she has learned from her sis where to go and she went and they both came back in and went to sleep. I was waken this morning with beautiful sweet kisses. Abbey is still kind of leaving her alone, she tried to play a little with her then I think she realized how little she is and kind of left her alone. But Abbey has kissed her and let the baby play with some of her favorite toys without doing anything. I have been giving Abbey lots and lots of kisses and extra love. I do not want her little sweet heart to feel left out. They look so
beautiful together as one is black and one is blonde.
I think it will just get better and better. So far she is a perfect baby chi. Love Nan and the girls...

I'm so glad that all went smoothly and you now have your baby with you. That's fantastic. Can't wait to see the photos. You are going to be busy with your girls. I'm keeping a camera around... just in case <G> Benji is doing great with Kira and I'm sure they really do remember one another. It's almost like Benji is telling her that we (the new people in her life) are ok. Little Kira has never ever been anyplace except to the vet for her spay so heaven knows what she thinks is going to happen to her here. Anyway, she is precious and Benji is helping.... lets her eat her food and sleep in one of her many beds <LOL> I think it is going to be ok. Glad there is no growling and that Kira will even let us pet
her a bit.... sigh.... they are just so sweet. MJ (feeling all of her 70 years and wondering if she did the right thing.... then I look at those two little dogs and know that I couldn't have done anything else <G>) Thanks everyone for encouragements....

More amazing than I imagined! She is really tiny just a little bit over 1 lbs and much prettier than her pictures. Abbey is still not sure what to do with her, she tries to play but Maggie is still way too small and Abbey is only 4lbs. Abbey has been very sweet to her and has shared her water bowl, toys, blanket's. Since the baby was an only child she is trying to learn how to play. She followed her sister outside and went potty right behind her so that was good. Not sure what we are going to do about tonight as my bed is really high and I have hardwood floors, I tried her in the kennel but she cried. So I will probably just hold her until she is fast asleep and they try putting her in the kennel again. I need to go and see if I can find rails for the bed. I will send pictures tomorrow after my girlfriend come over. I do not want Abbey to feel bad or left out. This is a first for me as I have never had two dogs in my whole life. But I am up for the
challenge as since I live alone I think I will get so much enjoyment watching my sisters grow up and play and share my life with. My grand kids love her and she loves them. She is very submissive just like her sister. So I will let everyone know tomorrow and send pictures. Its cute because Abbey is Black and she is a light Fawn color so they look so cute together.
