If you read Raven's emails they always have the Do not reply in the post. she is simply forwarding for other people. In this email if you look there is an owner email to reply to with your suggestions or sightings.

They usually won't charge you for doing just that. If you ask a shelter to do it, they will probably tell you that you have to leave her their as you can't prove ownership. So asking a shelter is not a good idea. It is very sweet and I will offer it a good home if I cannot find the owner but I have to know for certain as it had no collar, obviously needs worming and care and was on the highway.
