Thanks Darcy-  everyday is an adventure.  I'm going to continue to take the
probiotics.  It was funny you wrote about this.  The day before I was reading
about yeast, gut rot and probiotics the day before.  I've been cleaning up my
diet cutting out sugar recently.  My immune system is shot.  3 different
infections in the past 6 weeks.  Thanks for your advice.

hi rylee, love your name!
the answer is no it wont work that fast to help absorb better in a few days.
something else did it. most people even have to use a veggie lax to start with
to aid in building the colony that the probios build...they take time to "set
up shop"you will feel better functioning gut fast ... few days but takes time
to get going... took your whole life to get this way lol takes time to grow the
flora and fauna...they are what "eats" the yeast and sludge off the gut walls
to free up the immune function ...ok?  =)~...

Darcy-  I liked your post on probiotics.  I decided to try some yesterday.  I
bought primadophilus reuteri by Nature's Way.  The ones you suggested looked
good but too expensive for me.  My question is-  can taking probiotics close to
when you take your medications change the absorption of the medication?  I felt
really wierd this AM.  I took the probiotics last night before taking my usual
medication.  I woke up feeling like I was in a fog. II was dizzy, lightheaded
and really slow in the brain (I know, funny)  It lasted most the day. Not sure
if it is a side effect or coincidents.  Any ideas.  I started the probiotics
because I'm constantly sick.  Thanks again.
