Thank you Deanna and yes he was so special to me. But so are my girls and I am so blessed to have them. Everyday Maggie does something cuter than the day before. She is fawn and kind of reminded me of Sami when I got him although she is lighter but she could darken up. She is also going to have a brown nose and brown eyes like Sami. Nan and the girls

The picture of him was one that was taken the day before he died. Wasn't he beautiful. I loved his brown eyes and nose. He was such a stinker but my stinker and I adored him. He has been the only male in my whole life that I trusted besides my son. I had no idea that they were going to do it as my girlfriend Gail had told them of Sami's passing and how upset I was. If you look at the Prada story Chihuahua's are better than Facelifts - the model is Lexie-Lu the girl you saw in all of Sami's pictures. She is in there every month. So about 2 weeks after he passed I got the magazine and you know how it has a brown covering so I opened it - as I had not been paying attention to any of my mail and there was my beautiful boy on the cover, I went inside and was in shock and I cried and then I laughed at how cute he was. It was so kind of them to honor him. Nan and the girls I bought several copies to give to some of my special friends and still have a few for me to save. --- On Mon, 11/8/10, [email protected] <[email protected]> wrote: From: [email protected] <[email protected]> Subject: Re: [Chihuahuas] chihuahua connection?? My monster is in one of the issues from this year in the birthday section. I think I need to renew my subscription cause I haven't gotten one in a while and I always look forward to it. Your husband is really bonding with Ricky. That is so fantastic and it is obvious that he is enjoying the whole process. His first experience with a pet has got to be so special for him, Ricky and for you to be part of! >From My iPad On Nov 7, 2010, at 9:55 PM, Kavi <[email protected]> wrote: Hi everyone thought I would share a couple Ricky stories. My hubby is from India. He was raised without pets and was raised not to have any. In India many many dogs run the streets starving and are not friendly with people. They are Strays from birth. They do not have a dog shelter or anything like that I know of. For 9 years, my hubby did not want a dog or any pet when I asked. I did not bother him much about it until I really wanted a dog, and then had to beggggggggggg for one. I promised him it would be a very small dog and I would take care of it etc... well he finially gave in! That is when I got Ricky. Its taken this 3 months, but my hubby really likes Ricky now. He will not hold him or let him on him, but he does pet his head when Ricky comes to him for attention. anyway, do you know who spoils him more than me? yup! my hubby. He always gives him part of what he is eating, drops pieces on the floor for Ricky. Just see the pictures! See the begging Ricky does?? no matter how much I ask my hubby not to feed him our food... he does it anyway, saying look at him, he wants some. LOL I really dont mind. They bond this way. Please know that I took a picture after each time my hubby gave him a piece of food. (he only puts the food on the floor). ohhh and I forgot to say, as most of you know, Ricky is toy crazy... guards them with his life, etc. After each time Ricky got a bite of food, he would run into the bedroom to make sure his NEW plush toy was still in his bed. sooo funny!! He even has taken this toy out for walks with us!! He does not want to leave it in the house. He carries it and prances along, puts it down to pee, picks it up and prances some more... and people get a kick out of seeing him doing this. I mean his toy is almost bigger than he is. Pic of ricky & his plush toy also included Shanna
