I hadn't heard about that but can just imagine how terrible the owners must feel... that's horrible doing something like that.... hurts to think about it.
How on earth could the gal who took your little one ever think that she could win in court? It is a terrible thing you had to go through and no fault of your own. Thankfully, we have the dog, that was 5 yrd sgo, right in front of a restaurant with tons of witnesses.
