Puppy has to be feed every two hrs so we are wondering if there is and agency that takes in puppies with disabilities or anyone that would want a full blooded apple head chihuahua . The vet said he could survive this with the tube feedings every 2 hrs and also might possibly correct itself with scar tissue as he grows older..
