Models are scary skinny! I'm 5'2 on a good day but I have Ehlers-Danlos, it means my connective tissue doesn't get formed right and I'm stretchy. There's no fix for it but every pound you lose is 3 pounds per square inch less on your knees. The weight literally causes my joints to slide out of place. My actual weight isn't too low because of muscle tone and I don't look at a scale but I've gotten to the place where I'm finally losing belly fat. I just don't want to end up in a wheelchair. Trick isn't losing weight is it? Trick is keeping it off long term....

Unless you're a model, I think a size 14 is a good size.  Did I understand you to say you are now a size 8 and concerned about weight??
