Ok...off to bed now...pray for a peaceful night!!! Madison slept with her
brothers not her mom at the breeders...and she slept in the hallway in a
crate...so sleeping with me is new to her although she doesn't seem to be
missing mom or siblings as she is so enthralled with her new family and she
knows she is LOVED!!!! Nightie-night everyone!!!!

Thanks so much Deanna, I know how tired you are - does she make any sounds yet
- does she bark? You can tell me tomorrow. Sleep well with your babies and so
glad the sun was shinning on her homecoming!

Hello My Friends!!!
I apologize for not doing this earlier today but Aspen was here and quite fussy
today. I had very little sleep from the events of last night. I am about to
turn in expecting another long night....happy night but long.  But before I do
I wanted to share with you how things went with Madison. We left for San Diego
airport at 8:15 am...the weather was warm and clear and beautiful as you can
see from the pics of the airport I sent yesterday. We met Christina right
away...here plane was actually early and so were we...yeah!!! We knew her right
away because she was carrying little Madison in her arms...I would know that
face anywhere LOL!!! She knew us from our beaming faces and our sign! LOL. We
had our greetings, signed the papers, chatted a bit and she was off to visit
with her friend and we were anxious to get Miss Madison home as soon as we
could. We took a few pics together then headed to the car where she had water
and a bit of ground chicken I
brought with us. She gobbled it up! and drank a bit too.  For the ride I had
her securely in her carrier even though I was dying to hold her the whole
time.  She slept till the mid way spot where we stopped for a potty break, some
more food and water.  When we finally got home...we hit lots of traffic...it
was almost dark but she had a few minutes on the deck to run and stretch her
little legs in the sun. More food and water. Then she met Myrtle. They really
hit it off...Myrtle LOVES her!!! we played and just snuggled for a
bit...another drink...a few more bits and bed time by 11:30 pm. Maddison slept
right with me...waking me every couple of hours for me to take her to the pad
to pee...what a good girl!!! WE were up by 6:00am awaiting Miss Aspen's
arrival. Great timing as Madison took her morning nap right after her breakfast
which gave me time to get Aspen settled. After her nap, Madison met the rest of
the gang and they were so happy to welcome
her...she got lots of licks and ended up taking a little nap on the floor as
the sun poured into the afternoon window with Shuai-Li and Myrtle surrounding
her. All went so well!!! She ate and drank well throughout the day...poops and
pees great! Mark and I took her to her Vet appointment this afternoon while
Andrea came over and took over Aspen's care for about an hour. The Vet said
Madison was the picture of health and he did a fecal sample and some
bloodwork...as well...all is great and normal. She slept in the car ride home
and then played hard for a good couple of hours with the gang. After Aspen left
for the evening, Madison and I took a little rest together...we both crashed
for about an hour or so while my wonderful hubby made us a late dinner. NOw
Mark has left for work and Jimmy, Molly and I are just enjoying the evening and
I will soon be crashing again. I really am tired!!!! I am SUPER excited about
committing to lose weight with some of
you...I am gonna NEED more energy in the months to come and I know losing
weight and eating better will accomplish that!!! Miss Madison will be sleeping
with us again tonight...and I think it will just work out fine! Everyone found
their spots and she was right next to Myrtle and I and it was just like she has
always been there...a perfect fit!!! She is very playful...and what a little
ham!!! I will try to get some pics tomorrow if Aspen isnt as cranky as she was
today!!!!

i love you guys so much!!! I really think our little family is now
complete!!! Thank you all again so very much!!!!!!!
