Last night we talk about starting a support network so we can all lose some weight. I suggested we start a new topic so you can keep this one going if you are interested in getting daily support, telling everyone about your successes and letting us help each other through our bad spots. Today I weighed in and was shocked to see that in a Little over a week I had gained 15 pounds! Seriously I felt so down I wanted to just say forget it! But the truth is I must lose weight. I am 5'4" and weigh 217. I am not proud of that but it is one of the few times in my life I actually said my true weight. So starting today I am changing my lifestyle for good! Please come and join me. We should post on a daily basis to keep each other in line. Thank you to all my new found friends and good luck to all of us.
