Will continue to pray for Peanut.  Sounds like he's on the wrong
antibiotic.  I would take him to somewhere asap, to get one the infection is
sensitive to.  That's from my nursing perspective.  I doubt your vet did a
culture and sensitivity on the infection.  It's a fairly broad spectrum
antibiotic, but doesn't work for a number of things, so it needs to be
changed right away.  If he is on the correct one, you should see improvement
within about 24 hrs.
