Thank you Nancy
It is just something I have trained my brain to do again. My stroke was from
an aneurysm...not sure if that makes any difference. I live each day as full
as I can because this one happened in my sleep and they said I was lucky to
survive. I am on Plavix for the rest of my life.
Hugs,Mare

Hi Mare, nice to meet you.
My stroke changed my life and the way I feel about life. It was a terrible
time in my life but I am recovered!!!! My family is so great. and I am very
close to my grand children since I kept them all while parenys worked until
the stroke. Now all are in school and I just babysit when someone is sick
and I pick the 2 young ones up from school some and enjoy those short times
together and Bode adores all the animals.
You say you breed doxies--I am dumb--what are doxies?????
Pictures please
Have a good evening
Ann

Friends, I am Ann and kinda new to group. I stay concerned about weight. I
am diabetic and had a light stroke in July, 2009. I am fully recovered but
now I walk everyday--if no other way I go to a large store, get a cart and
walk.
I have lost 30 pounds and in size 12 jeans for the first time in many , many
years !!!!!!!
And I am 78 years old and most days feel so good and Pedro and Chico are so
sweet and help me so Much.. I love to walk and will be happy when spring
comes so I can get out side more. I have 4 grown children and 7 grand
children all grown except sons 3 boys--14, 9 and Bode will be seven next Wed
He is with me today. The day after Thanksgiving , a boy kicked a brick from
a tree house and it hit Bode in the head--a horrible time but he is
fine--had 12 stitches in top of head. but he started toothache Tuesday so I
took him to his dentist and filling was cracked so he had partial root canal
and crown on tooth. Well the gum is still sore so I had to go to school and
bring him here--dentst said this was normal
Thanks for listening to me rant--would love to know more about all my
friends.

I’d be ecstatic to be a size 16.

Unless you're a model, I think a size 14 is a good size. Did I understand
you to say you are now a size 8 and concerned about weight??
