Hi, Beth. I have had two chihuahuas fixed. My female was groggy and just wanted to sleep for the next 24 hours. My male was, if anything, more energized than ever. I had to keep him crated sometimes because he would run around the house like it was a racetrack. Crazy. He was eating that night, no problem. My female looked at me as if to say, "How could you?" She didn't eat until the next day. Thank God for Nutrical. They both made full recoveries and are as healthy as ever. Good luck and Dani will definitely be in my prayers.
