Is it possible to get someone to foster them until you find a home where you
can keep them? Or have you tried getting a family member to take them so you
will be able to visit them and know about them?

I have two fosters now and I am hoping that one will be returned to her
original owner. If not she will just stay here. I wish you luck this has to
be hard to do.
