What an unbelievably stupid and careless act to do. How on earth did she think anything about this was right? To think this women is a Police women is too scary! If she thinks this little about a helpless puppy imagine what she thinks about a grown adult. I wouldn't want her to be a cop in my area. If she is only charged with a misdemeanor she can still hold her job. That is wrong in so many ways. I think I will write the police department she works for.
