Found this afternoon running west towards the Vallejo waterfront, small brown female Chihuahua. Rescuer took to Bayside Veterinary for evaluation. Checked out okay, so will be transferred to Benicia-Vallejo Humane Society ASAP. Please contact BVHS if you lost this little girl.
