Hi Portia, There is no free spay/neuter anywhere in Ca...hasn't been for years!! I would call the Los Angeles humane society...I am sure the have low cost clinics...and a voucher program to off set costs. If you can prove hardship there are groups out there that will help you there in LA...try Actors andOthers for Animals...do a search for low cost spay / neuter in LA...
