I think that most cities in the US require licensing of the pets. If you are
on county property it may not be true.

Here in North Las Vegas, I pay $5 for each. That is a special rate for the
disabled and senior citizens. Make sure that you can get a discount if
possible.

Good luck!

Hello Portia,

Yes dogs in California are to be licensed. It is cheaper too when they are
spayed.

I am not sure what city you are in, but I can go to the city hall of the city I
am in and get my dogs their license's there.

I got it taken care of!! :-)

I got a call this morning, not 2 minutes ago from a nice Lady who took my
information over the phone for her to be spaid on the 19th..

Through the Foundanimals site..

Anyway, thought I pass that along.. I will also get her microchipped as well..

I do have one other question of anyone who can help me..

Since I am getting this done, where do I go for licensing and how much does it
usually cost for the dogs.. I think here in California, they have to be
licensed.. Is this correct?

Portia
