Laura....does your front style carrier have puppy paws print on its fabric (mine is light puppy-brown color and a faux-suede feel, super soft) and a clip inside to secure to your dog's harness? Reinforced bottom that is padded for your dog's comfort when he or she becomes tired. Oh, wait a minute, it's made by Pet Pocket, made in China, where else. A few months ago a friend invited me to meet her at our local Saver's store for a morning of economical shopping and this carrier was clipped on a hanger with the handbags. At first I was stymied about what it was, and then because of its backpack straps realized it wasn't a purse, but a carrier for a very small dog. My husband teased me about which of our cats would fit in it. Neither, I teased back. I couldn't get over my good fortune when I saw it priced at $4.99. It's open on top so you can not hide your dog in it, but could come in handy if someone was out walking, hiking, etc., with their doggie.
