If you tell him what's going on, I think he will understand our need for info. In fact he may fill in the gaps. If she has a history of this, then perhaps it's time to get the SPCA involved. But I'm not dog savvy like you guys, just a thought.

I have to share that I know Dr Buchco personally! If he thought for a second that this dog was in perl he would not worry about money. He has done amazing things for me for reduced rates...and even delivered a litter for me when one of my pups got stuck...at midnight. He waited three weeks for payment and never said a word! If this was legit and she really had a personal discussion with him she would not have this issue. People travel for miles around to go to him for very good reason! He is an amazing vet...and you guys know how I feel about most vets!! My friend in Riverside. .a huge chihuahua breeder...uses him all the time...he always makes arrangements to help her.
