Rose...something I do if someone unsubs on one of my groups is write them a little email just checking in with them to make sure they are ok...that they dont have hurt feelings or anything...no pressure to stay...but just letting them know they will be missed. I also ask if there is anything they would like to see different...any suggestions to make a better group.?? just a thought!!! I ended up going to the urgent care clinic in Kyle on Saturday because I'm still having pain on the right side of my neck, my right shoulder and arm, and my right legs a little weak. He said its just a strained muscle and gave me vicodin for the pain. I'm supposed to follow up with a primary care doctor in a few days.
