I did.and they just said.'well, nobody can withdraw from a mortgage account' I was already done with them.just waiting for the other bank to get a few more approvals. Oh.yeah.no one can take out of my mortgage, but perhaps this was some sort of inside job to transfer over the mortgage and then eventually be able to do something with the deed and the county for the ownership.I just don't trust anyone anymore!
I have heard that Wells Fargo and Bank of America were both cited after that time for not using the government dollars that they received to help those with mortgages that couldn't keep the current loan conditions due to loss of job or other things. I bought my house when I was working.two months later I went on disability and have not, and will not, recover. Somehow I don't see amending a mortgage that is only three years old by adding the ridiculous fee for them to do it, and then my payment would have been almost the very same amount! I am trying the best that I can with SS Disability paying me less a month than my mortgage costs me. I still have all the utilities, food for me, my medical insurance and copays, Dolly &Desi's vet bills and food, and on and on. I think maybe the problem was that I kept taking out of my savings to make my payments so they didn't see that I couldn't pay the mortgage.savings don't last for 27 years! Well.I found someone to help me, and he said that they like Wells Fargo because they have been rewriting so many mortgages for WF and BofA because neither were doing what they were supposed to do. Then to top it off, I was in the bank about two weeks before my other loan was ready to sign, and the guy at the desk was pulling up my accounts because I wanted to make a deposit and didn't have a deposit slip. As he pulled it up, I notice someone else's name on one of my accounts. I went ballistic.I don't know who that person is.and it was on my mortgage!!!! The guy was very nice and for about three hours he was on hold with every dept that transferred him to another dept and on and on. How hard is it to find out why someone else's name is on my mortgage account? One of my friend's husband is a Loan Officer and he got me a better rate and redid my mortgage so that my payments would be less. Foreclosed homes are hard to resell and banks really don't want to and would rather the home owner keep them. Why will the mortgage holder not work with you? I hope things work out. We have been upside down in our mortgage and since last January trying to work something out with the bank. I lost over $1200 in income and so the bank don't feel the need to help us. They gave us the final ruling Friday (in court) that they will go ahead with the foreclosure and our house is slated for auction on April 20th. As everyone knows I have 11 chi's and 2 labs. We also have 2 cats and a cute hermit crab rescue. (long story about the crab) Anyway, we live in the country and my dogs have never been an issue. Now we are forced to find a rental home and they are a huge issue. I keep my babies cleaner than most people keep their children. My home is clean and I clean my carpet as often if not more so than most vacuum. Non the less we are having a hard time with this issue. So I thought if we all pray for a solution surely one will come. I don't think the lord would let all these little ones down and I refuse to let even one go. That is not even an option. I would take them and live in the Escape first! So please include us in your prayers. Thank you, Carol and crew PS if you know anyone in or around my area that has a rental please let me know ASAP. ;-) -- Carol Muchacha, Bella Rose, Chibbie, Blue, Cooper, Ruth Anne, Gracie, ChiChi, Granny, Holly Noel and Maxx -- Ann -- Ann -- Ann
