This is one of the worst shelters in CA. They have been under a close eye for months, due to abuse. Dogs have been sent to Vets with frost bite, because they hose down the runs with the dogs in them and then when the water freezes the dogs have no where to go, except lay down and walk on a sheet of ice. They have been accused of PD dogs that were suppose to be pulled, and PD even when they have empty cages. They have been trying to get the Director fired for many months. So many more accucations have been documented. PLEASE, PLEASE, PLEASE SAVE THESE BABIES. A RESCUE IS THERE NOW STANDING BY AND PRAYING FOR THESE 3 CHI'S!!!!
