Yes, I do know Oleanders are toxic, I don't have any in my yard (my prize plant froze) but they are all over this city but not like in my hometown of Galveston, which is known as the Oleander City. They even have an Oleander Festival. I grew up wearing lei made from Oleanders, and playing with the leaves which are probably the most toxic (didn't know better). . Gloria
