A few days ago I received an email in regards to a SC shelter that used 22 dogs for target practice and then dumped them in a land fill. It finally made the news and it looks like it may have been going on for a long time. It's a very sad outrage that so many people could be so heartless and cruel. Some thing is wrong with these people to have done that. I hope that SC laws bring them all to justice. If it were here in NY they would be prosecuted to the fullest extent of the law.
