My son has a track meet at Texas Southern University Friday, March 18 and Saturday, March 19. I have six dogs; 3 mini dachshunds 3 chihuahuas. My daughter will stay at my home in Corpus Christi to care for the 3 mini dachshunds. 6 is just too many for her to deal with alone. She has two of her own that she will be bringing with her. I have a friend who will watch one of my chihuahuas. My dilemma is my other 2 chihuahuas. I am sure we can locate a hotel close to TSU that would allow dogs. My dilemma is on Saturday when we have to check out at 11 and my son runs after check out time. It could be as early as 10 or as late as 5:00. What do I do with them then? They are not allowed in the stadium. Is there a boarding facility or doggie day care that anyone knows of that can watch my 2 babies for a few hours? I appreciate any help you can give me. Thanks.
