I am confused as to why you are asking now, since that email goes back to January. I googled for the Roland NJ animal shelter and it shows that he was adopted, thank goodness! Their are 3 other chi's on their right now. If you are interested in rescuing any dog, just Google for the town and state and add on animal shelter and a list will come up on Petfinders.
