I really hate people that play God. I think you would be better off contacting someone in your govt offices because from what I read if you license your dogs you can keep them. That man just ticked me off

The city s accusng me of animal hoarding and insists i get rid of three chihuahuas or face jail time!. So I was forced to choose and my sweet girls are going to new homes.
