three cheers for little Monster. I'm so glad to hear that things are going well for him... I've never heard of a pill popper but it sure is nice to know that they exist and glad that it makes giving the meds so much easier.

We went in for a re-check today and the vets said he looks good. He's still a little uncoordinated with his back left leg but its a lot better then it was. He stays on the meds for 2 more weeks and on crate rest for a month. They gave me a pill popper and it is so easy to give him his pills now. I just shoot them in the back of his throat and he swallows it. He still doesn't like it but its so much better than shoving them in there with my finger or putting them in a million different things just to find out he won't eat it or he eats around the pill. I think he's starting to get used to just laying around and sleeping in his crate at night. He gives me a sad look when I put him in it though... He's used to sleeping with me.
