I have used it.the nail of the dog is supposed to go through a plastic piece and it the grinder was further in than my dog's nails could go.
It vibrates quite a bit, and for a Chihuahua, I was afraid to hold Dolly's paw tight enough to make it work without thinking that I would break something in her paw.
