[Chihuahuas] Please Help Me I have a sick puppy

we have a 8 week old puppy .we took him in to get his puppy shots 2 day ago. 
and 
now he has stop eating and has diarrhea. could his shot made him sick and what 
do I do to get him to eat again.all he want to do is Sleep.
