Oh Cindy,, that is heartbreaking.. We all know how much we love our puppies. Years ago, I got a baby Rott. The mom had died and the breeder said her skin was dry. So I kept her skin clean and oiled. The puppy had mites ... Then I was covered with scabies. The most miserable thing. That breeder wouldn't give me my money back either for dr and vet bills, for both of us and my house!! Yes you should get your money back for everything. Maybe you could post a warning on certain sites for breeders to see... I don't think they would take very kindly to this breeder. The other puppies could get sick too. Is there a center for disease control sorta like for us? I think all the other puppy owners from the same litter should be warned... I know you are grieving and how painful it really is. I've had to walk through the process and I couldn't rush it, it took time....
