Desi was a little chub and outgrew socks by the time that he was about 3 months old.
I have a little hard time with Desi. If I get him clothes that cover most of his back, they also get covered on his belly side if he lifts his leg to go potty. He is very long and very narrow, so sometimes things are snug and short or a bit generous on his upper body and too long for his potty duties. I have a little hard time sometimes with Dolly because she is very narrow in the front and some dog clothes are made for a wider bodied dog. Sometimes I buy a smaller size but it really doesn’t give her much coverage on her back.
