I dont know of an app that works with the Droid.
But you could view it from a computer. My friend has a Droid, so I can have
her check and see if an app has come out for surveillance that can use this
camera

to work with the iphone app. The iphone app will take a few different models
but works with this one best. It's wireless if you want it to be but i
actually have an ethernet cable plugged into my camera and I keep it on the
kitchen counter where the dogs stay during the day. It's really easy to set
up and the camera has two way audio so i can talk to my chihuahuas while i
am at work and they can hear me and i can hear them. The camera pans, tilts,
