I am glad that you got to see it. That was a good idea of forwarding it to your office pc, which tells me that your home pc needs to upgrade Adobe. I have Adobe Reader9 and Adobe Flash Player 10.2. and Java Flash Player, all send me updates on a regular basis. The Flash Player is what makes video's work on the net, like the type JibJab uses.
If you were to pause any video on the net and then right click on the video at the bottom of the list it should tell which Flash Player you have. Try the JibJab at your office and note what it says and then try it on your home pc.
