Oh Gloria, I am sorry. I know how frustrating it can be when you want to fix something on your computer and it just doesn't work out. If you should continue to have problems with videos, or pictures, animation and graphics, then maybe you could take it to a place like Best Buy, if you have them there. They have fantastic tec support and there prices are reasonable to clean up and fix your pc. They even do house calls. Maybe a family member could help you too?
It was interesting that when you used the reply on your office pc, I could see my post below it. This too maybe another reason why you should have your pc checked out, before more problem accumulate and it cost to much to fix everything. Do you clear your Browsers History, and do a Defrag, clean out old files, etc, as part of regular maintenance of your pc? They are important maintenance things to do every month or so, plus all the Windows Updates. I clear my Browsers history,temporary files, and form-data, every other night.
