Beth I have setup for the email to get the information out there so some one can try to catch them. I have to go out, so please send me ASAP the parking lot address/cross street and a brief description as to the approx. size and colors of the chis. I don't want to waste anymore time, as these dogs are in danger of getting hit by a car and or having heat stroke.
